How Do you track my traffic?

Our servers track visitors in real time as they pass through our network. Each time a visitor lands on your advertiser's website for more than 20 seconds we count this as 1 visitor and deduct it from your customers account.

One method we highly recommend is to use a new Goo.gl redirect for your customers. This allows you to view a 3rd party report showing the numbers of visitors. If you order 10000 visitors and Goo.gl shows 9000 visitors we will make up the difference until Goo.gl reflects exactly what number of visitors you have  purchased.

It is important to note that all Goo.gl redirects must be new and have a starting visitor count of less than 10. Using an old account will result in distorted numbers. Since Goo.gl is reliable if your site is down or overloaded, this can be proof that the traffic was delivered between our servers and Goo.gl but the decay was a direct result of the your site, which we can not be responsible for.

Please note that we will do our best to deliver the Goo.gl matches within the time frame selected, we can not guarantee the time frames 100% due to resets that take place on a daily basis.

Should you choose not to use the google redirect methods, we advise you to use some type of image based statcounter. This type of counter is provided by statcounter.com and hitstats.com

WE CANNOT ACCEPT GOOGLE ANALYTICS AS PROOF OF DELIVERY.

Everyone assumes because it is Google, it is perfect. Google Analytics is one of the worst tracking systems developed for tracking redirect traffic. This tracking causes problems with any type of redirect traffic. The main reason being that Analytics can not read 3rd party cookies, making it impossible to read a cookie set through our redirect and tracking scripts which might make the user invisible to Google Analytics.

We strongly advise you steer clear of relying on this method of tracking for our traffic. You will need to use the Goo.gl method above to retain proof for you and for our network.

Where Does your traffic come from?

Our primary network owns and operates many well-known internet websites.  The current portfolio consist of over 8500 websites internet wide, including 3 established search engines, 2 internet service providers, movie sites, social networking sites, online gaming sites, and a well known domain registrar which currently hosts over 9700 ad supported websites (expired domain traffic).

TrafficElf also belongs to five smaller networks to deliver traffic. That is why we can say we can expose your site to cover most of the Internet. Our networks currently consist of pop-under traffic, interstitial traffic, expired domain traffic, email list marketing, traffic exchanges and search engines.

Why do visitors appear from one IP address?

If you wonder why visits appear to be coming from the same IP address, chances are you are looking at the referral ip instead of the actual visitor ip. Referral IPs will remain mostly the same since these are the IPs of the adservers that are redirecting the traffic to your site. These do not reflect the ip addresses of the actual visitors to the site.

What is the maximum traffic you can send in a day?

Our system is capable of delivering millions of visitors per day. How many a specific campaign can receive in a day is based on a number of factors.

1. What is the geotarget of the order?

2. What is the interest target of the order?

3. Is the order free from sound?

4. Does the order contain any type of pop up or exit window?

5. Does the site contain a redirect of any type?

Since each order is dynamic based on these questions, you would be best served by contacting us with your website address and your intent. This will help us answer your questions more accurately.

How quickly will you approve and place my order?

We strive to fill orders within hours of being placed. A traffic campaign is given the date that the order is placed. If you place an order on Sunday, we will activate it on Monday. The Sunday date will still be present. Your start date is considered the date in which you received your first visitor.

We understand that a quick start time is essential to your business. We work with a dedicated team to review and start your campaigns in a timely manner. When we receive an order, is rigorously scanned and put through a 10 point fraud check. This fraud check ensures that we maintain the highest quality network and protects our resellers from potential fraud that may affect them down the line. Because of this, the approval process can be slow at times.

Your account will usually approve in a few hours time, but no longer than one business day unless our system has detected a problem with the account. We typically schedule account activations at 8 AM and 4 PM PST. We also process approvals at 8 AM on Saturdays.
